Taliyah Q hits do not proc Electrocution, her E however does

I wonder if this was intended or not, but i just played a game as taliyah, and i noticed that if anyone, example for this game given, the enemy Naut or fizz dash through it, then 3 damage sequences from her E mines proc electrocution.

BUT, 3 damage sequences from her Q do not. I find it even weirder that if i use anything before or after the Q cast, lets say 2 Qs and an AA or E and then 2 Qs, electrocution procs, as if it Counts the damage sequences from the Q if there are 1 or two, but it doesn't count 3 or more.

Was her Q intentionally made not to proc electrocution keystone or is this a bug? because the predecessor, thunderlords, was proced by 3 Q damage sequences out of 5
