Client Crash During Champion Select

Almost immediately after getting into champion select, I changed my audio settings to go from my speakers to my headphones instead. This caused a popup saying that the client had stopped working and needed to close. Unfortunately, this resulted in the system thinking I tried to abandon the game and resulted in the five minute wait.
