Queen of Diamond Syndra's recall is broken/buggy

I just bought Queen of Diamond Syndra skin that was on sale and as I was using the skin for the first time, I noticed her recall is very buggy. She kept jumping up and down randomly and it doesn't look like her normal recall. Is this a known thing or something new?
