Incorrect Creep Score counter

This has been happening for a while now, but when I would tab to see the enemy junglers cs score. It would sometimes be incorrect as it would say for instance 70 one second but then 14 in the next five minutes. If noticed that its always less though. Is this counting just minions or just jungle monsters. Sometimes this can be frustrating as to see how I am keeping up compared to the enemy jungler. Hope this gets fixed soon!
