Annie's invisible shield and failed stuns

Might work on getting a gameplay video, not really sure what's a good way to do it. There are two Annie glitches that I know of that have yet to be fixed.

In URF, Annie's E - Molten Shield can become invisible if the E button is pressed continuously over and over. It will still give her and Tibbers the buffs, and will count for P - Pyromania casts, but there's no visible barrier around her. Great for the Annie player (me) but not for the enemy team, I'm sure.

Annie's other glitch isn't URF dependent, and has been a problem for years. Annie's Q - Disintegrate does not reliably stun (from a full Pyroclasm stack) if she casts W - (whatever the flame cone is named) before the slow-moving Q projectile hits its target. I wouldn't mind it if the W would stun instead, effectively changing her passive from "next offensive spell cast" to "next offensive spell hit" but the W doesn't stun either.

And, as a minor note, the animation for Annie's W is garbage if she's walking. It's a small animation that doesn't represent it's actual area of effect.

Just... fix Annie, please.
