[GAMEPLAY] Satchel Charge (Ziggs' W) not showing AoE

Zigg's W, Satchel Charge, is not showing the intended AoE when you cast it. It acts like a location or unit target ability, with small crosshairs, rather than the circular AoE indicator it's supposed to have. This seems to have happened since the most recent patch, though I play mostly ARAM and don't recall playing Ziggs between this patch and the one before, so it may have happened then.

To recreate: 1 - Go to champion select 2 - Click Ziggs 3 - Lock in 4 - Load into map 5 - Unlock W (Satchel Charge) 6 - Press W 7 - Notice crosshairs where there's supposed to be a circle.

This happens every time I play Ziggs now, and is consistent. It's not an occasional problem.
