Camera scroll bug?

So I started playing League again a couple days ago after a couple weeks, and my first game yesterday, about a quarter of the way in, I started noticing problems with my camera dragging with the mouse scroll. It doesn't always drag when I click on it, and it's extremely annoying and it's fucked me over so many times. And I'm not sure why, but it doesn't seem like it starts doing it at the beginning of the game. It takes a few minutes for it to start happening, usually about 15-20 minutes in

That game, I asked anybody if they were also having issues, and one person said it was a bug apparently, which makes sense because I wasn't having this problem before the patch. But I haven't seen anyone else posting or talking about it at all, so I'm not sure. But if it is a bug, I just thought I'd report this and hope Rito will be able to fix it soon because it's seriously affecting my gameplay and it's happened every game since I started playing yesterday
