Moving rune and mastery pages? Buggy or not implemented?

With the new client, I've just recently discovered that you can move your rune and mastery pages up or down to sort them... or so it seems?

I don't know how long it's been like this, but it seems really buggy? Sometimes it will save the new position and other (most of the time) times it just reverts its position. I've also had my rune pages move randomly to new places I don't recall moving them there (I'm trying to do alphabetical).

Anyone else have any experience with this. Is it just me or is the client buggy, or was this suppose to not even be a thing?
