[CLIENT] New Rune Page in Champ Select Failed

In champ select, after I locked in my champion I opened the rune editor and clicked on the button to create a new page. The page collapsed as shown in the attached image and I couldn't change it back. I could close out of the editor, but trying to open it again showed the same thing.
