[GAMEPLAY] Ward Count Hidden Behind HUD

I just noticed this in a game I played today. Basically, the HUD covers up your ward count when you hover your mouse over your wards. This probably is not very big issue, but as someone who primarily has his trinket on quick cast, it got a little more complicated to see just how many wards I had standing on the map, if not only because it caught me by surprise.

I also checked the PBE, the same thing happens with the new HUD.
