Please help! This is getting ridiculous

First, it would only let me Assist Ping, now I my cursor won't show up. I can't play. Ive quit my client 4 times, turned off my computer, and nothing changes. My mouse is completely fine out of the league client. I even tried a regular mouse and this issue still occurs. I made a thread about my Ping issue before and I got no response. Please help
