i just plaed a game with him and there was a time when my fury wasnt consumed and i didnt heal i was just bouncing around while my hp was being dropped lower and lower

i dont know what was the cause cause it was a teamfight but it did happen (i suppose that it happened becuase my hp was full when i used w and it didnt activate when i got damaged)
