[CLIENT] clickable links to web content won't open

on the initial "patch loading" screen, that has a bunch of things like: the patch notes, champion rotation, and links to videos and such. . Things that open right into that program, like the patch notes, are fine. But everything else simple does nothing when I click on it.

Inside the main game client, again, say I wanted to look up info on the new champ: clicking on in the client simply does nothing. I have to navigate to the lol website and search for it there. However, the "patch run down" video, will play; it seems like, anything that wants to open a web link, will not open.

I recently upgraded this system to windows 10, and that's when I noticed this happening. And it's still happening! I don't know if there's some setting somewhere, that I need to toggle to allow my system to open these links; but I don't know where that toggle is, so I don't know what to do! If it's even something I can do.

Hopefully, there's something you guys can do. I dunno what to do to make webcontent clickable from the client again.
