Warning Silence contains massive bugs

It's been a while now I noticed that I couldn't 
when I was silenced. I though this was a normal effect of silence but than I read the wikia:
The target is unable to cast abilities or the summoner spells
Flash and
Teleport. All other summoner spells are still usable.
Is the wikia wrong, or do whe have a serious bug on our hands...
