[CLIENT] Locked Screen Hotkey Bug

I use a hotkey to switch between locked and unlocked screen, most of the time this works fine but sometimes I get stuck in unlocked mode and can't toggle back by pressing the hotkey. Getting back sometimes requires a restart of the client, or for some reason it sometimes goes back if I move the map around a bunch with my mouse on the minimap then move back to my champion. Overall not a smooth experience, and quite an annoyance. Don't have any video footage, usually happens in ranked games unfortunately, if it happens in a normal game I'll be sure to add some video footage of it.
