Silent Sion

So I just had an Aram where I played as sion and I wanted to hear his joke, but then he didn't say anything,so I tried and tried again and again(when i had the freetime),but sion wouldn't say anything when making him use his joke, laugh or taunt

After i died i was actually able to hear his laugh....once and then he went silent again

Note: He did do the animations for these A friend of mine who was in the same game, says he didn't hear anything either I did watch out that sion didn't say anything else at the time. This only applied to his interacting quotes(laugh, joke and taunt),he did talk normally when moving around or attacking.
