Wuju is Buggy
Wuju Style has passive and active element. But the passive element buffs the active element whenever it please. LITERALLY. Sometimes its only 12, sometimes its higher and all on random.

What? Can you fix your post please? Not sure if you're not a native english speaker or if you were on mobile, or maybe just typing this in a rush, but I have no idea what bug you're trying to describe. If you're saying you're not supposed to have the passive AD from wuju style while its active, you are. That's intended, and you should be dealing 10 - 20% (Based on rank in E) of that bonus AD as true damage.
