Completed Tutorial, check-mark on Champ-Capsule, no capsule in my inventory

I made a fresh account and went through everything but I haven't gotten the champion capsule at the end for some reason.

Everything has a check-mark and says completed but it's not giving me the reward.

I had the same problem.

I submitted a ticket to Riot but they said "You already got the capsule" because I was level 3 and I automatically get a capsule for leveling up.

Fuck.
