[GAMEPLAY] Frost Queen Claim's ghosts block Illaoi's E
Reproduction steps:
- Pick
- Have an enemy build
- Use this item.
- As the ghost is coming toward Illaoi, aim your E at it and shoot.
- Despite this being an item effect and effectively ethereal, this blocks the tentacle.
Doesn't seem indented, as the ghosts don't block anything else.
