Gameplay: Broken damage indicator

This wasn't my match but was instead in recorded gameplay from C9 Meteos playing solo queue.

As seen in the photo I'll have linked the Quinn did 4124 true damage in a total of 8.3 seconds.

She did not have red buff, she did not have enough armor pen to deal true damage (I don't even think the game registers normal damage with full penetration as true damage anyways), and even if she did have enough penetration to deal true damage she still was not capable of dealing that amount of damage in that short time frame with how little she was actually hitting him.
