[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q makes him stop attacking

This bug is driving me crazy. Whenever Sion uses Q, he will stop attacking shortly after. This is, I think, 100% reproducible.

TEST:

1. Attack a tower.
2. Tap Q so you can proc sheen or whatever.
3. Marvel at how you stop attacking shortly after.

Or, you can charge Q, same thing. Please fix this. Something interrupts Sion's attacks shortly after casting Q.

NOTE: This is not a case where Q is supposed to stop actions. Something interrupts his attacks shortly after Q finishes once he has started attacking again. Even if you right-click to start attacking immediately after casting Q, something will stop you from attacking after a brief delay and you will have to re-issue the command again.
