Thresh Hook Hitbox (screenshots included)

Was just in a game where I got hit by two unbelievable Thresh hooks. I decided to watch replay, and the hooks looked even more unbelievable in slow motion, I took 4 screenshots, two of each hook. The first and third screenshots are right before each hook "lands" it looks pretty clear by the path of the hook that it's going to miss. In the second and fourth screenshots I found the exact frame where the hook actually starts disappearing and reappearing off to the side, somehow connected to me. Anyways, as long as the links worked. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

I didn't know whether to put this on the "gameplay" or "report a bug" board. I definitely consider it a bug, but I guess its possible that it's working as intended...
