[GAMEPLAY] Can't see Trick or Treat Ekko's Q

The issue was not with my client as other players in the game reported the same issue of not being able to see Trick or Treat Ekko's Q. This lasted from the beginning of the game until the end, 100% of all his Q's seemed to be missing textures. The ability looked correct when viewing the replay of the game, but not during actual gameplay.
