Really Annoying Sejuani Bug

Sometimes when is on the enemy team i hear some really annoying noise that sounds like her boar is grunting nonstop. I tend to hear it when shes using her W. I know its not the player using emotes because you can still hear it when shes running and after she dies. Im not sure how to recreate this bug because i dont own or play her but its super annoying.

EDIT: i havent heard it since around last week so idk if its already fixed or not
