Riot Games Support website broken?

Hi there

Recently i have repeadedly suffered random crashes due to corrupt data, and have contacted Riot Support for advice.

It was all well and i managed to proceed with the full instructions delivered, BUT now the ticket is still open and Needs verification from my side that it has been solved.

Problem? I CANNOT REPLY. I have the field where i can type in a text, but i cannot send it nor click the Little button to verify that i see the case as solved. It has written "Verify you see this as solved" and "Send" But neither of These have been hyperlinked, meaning they are literally just words written on the page. I have tried to see if it is necessary to insert a link or new logs from the hextech repair tool, but nothing. The Hyperlink for the Send button when replying to riot games support is legitimately broken or disabled.

The Ticket is now open since 48 hours with the support team awaiting my Reply.
