Ranking Up Not Working

Hello,

I recently played my series to go from D5 to D4. I lost the first and won the next two. As I end the last game and begin loading into the after-game screen, my game shows the "waiting for stats... [skip waiting for stats]" screen. I give it a minute, but it doesnt load so I skip. When I get to the screen, my match history shows the wins that would grant me diamond 4, but my page still lists me as Diamond 5. I log out and log back on - still the same.

Will this update eventually or is this a common bug where I am forever stuck in D5?
