When enemy is out of my R range when I play Veigar, I click R on them, Veigar start goining there to get in range, I flash to get closer and I can be on their face and Veigar still won't fire his ult and I have to click R again. I heard Flash doesn't cancel any previous commands?
I haven't done that move in a while, but I used to do it all the time with Veigar. I'll try it when I get home to see if it still works.

It happens quite a bit and I'm not sure if it's because I am just hitting a movement command without realizing it or if it really does cancel. I have found playing with Skarner and his Flash Ult unless my flash literally lands on top of the person, it cancels the command and I stop moving until a new command is put in. Now I make sure to ONLY flash when I know it puts me within ult range.
