Shyvana Q not giving a stack of hail of blades
All auto resets are supposed to give a stack of HoB. In 10.3 Shyvana Q does not. Needs fixed ASAP

Hail of Blades doesn't gain stacks, you remove them when you attack with increased attack speed.
"Hail of blades: Gain 110% attack speed when you attack an enemy champion for up to 3 attacks"
Which rune are you mistaking this for?
