Banned for inting by going 4/8; Playing off-meta will ban you now, be warned

So I wake up to see a lovely 14 day ban on my main account once again, but this time it's for "inting or griefing or trying to lose" I click on the evidence, and this is what pops up.

Now, I remember this game. I remember Jax running around smacking my entire team for 500 damage after eating bot lane like it's a buffet. I remember being the only reason the game even went to 30 minutes. I remember doing fine in my lane. I also remember getting flamed and reported by my team for "hur dur ap shyvana so useless", as if I was anything close to the problem that game. What I don't remember is any sort of the above BS and I'm opening a ticket the second this post is done. This is pretty disgusting. There are a lot of posts up right now about people having bad games and getting banned for them. It seems Riot heard the community and is doing more to stop inting, but being Riot, they did it wrong and now the system is catching legitimate players who have a bad game or weak team. This has to stop immediately.

It is possible they gave you the wrong game. You have a 0/10/4 Shyv jungle game. You died at the 3 min mark in your jungle then die at the 4 min mark in the middle of bot lane. You had zero cs until minute 10.... what in god's name were you doing for the first 10 minutes?

Edit: And there's another 2/14 game with jungle Shyv where you don't have any cs until the 8 minute mark.

I know I'm no where near your tier of rank, but I can't imagine a jungler having zero cs for 8 to 10 minutes as being a winning strategy.

Judging by your stats and death counts, I can only imagine this would be a punishment for subtle trolling.

How_ever_, you died to Corki at around 6:20~ in the match, under their middle lane inner turret, which not only did that turret not go down at all throughout the course of the match, but your team didn't claim any turrets until 10:42, where you destroyed the middle outer-turret.

Beyond that, though (which, by the way, even one intentional death is enough to warrant a 14-day suspension), the rest of your deaths look to be the result of ill-fated roaming to sidelanes, jungle ganks, and your one death to Jhin which happened at 19~ minutes in, roughly around the point where most teams would converge on mid to start skirmishing midgame.

All said, the biggest suspicions regarding your 14-day ban are as follows:

  1. The obscenely deep towerdive early game when all towers were still up
  2. Playing a non-meta, melee midlaner (Shyvana) into Corki

I'd also argue about the frequency of your attempts to gank sidelanes, but that would lead into more of a Gameplay-suited debate on strategy that, frankly, we don't need to bother going into.

playing off meta doesnt get you banned, i do it all the time. As long as you can prove you were actually trying that is.

Open a support ticket and request your chat logs.

I'm guessing you got into an argument with someone on your team or you aren't showing us the correct match.

If you got a 14 day ban you probably either flamed pretty hard or got into hate speech. Post your chat logs if you really think you're innocent.

You can play off-meta things, you cannot however be a dick to other people.

that's how it has been. players don't give a shit about off meta stuff and will report you if you aren't going by the book.

As much as I like reading everyone's posts, the thing to do is to send a ticket to Riot support with all the pertinent information! Here is an example of a similar scenario.
