[URF gameplay] Garen's E is still horribly horribly bugged

I thought you fixed this last year? It's doing basically insta-kill damage even vs tanks who build pure armor + randuins

I'm just thanking my lucky stars that I got Evelynn in the same game that someone had Garen and did that crit build. I stayed just outside of his range and Q spammed him to death.

If the garen is any good at all, then you cannot stay out of range, because he's spamming W E Q constantly. Nobody can outrun him.

This was my build item 3146 item 3116 item 3009 item 3065 item 3157 item 3089

Anytime he tried to Q at me, I W'd away.

The only time I came close to death was when he flashed onto me while spinning. Then I just activated my W, hit him with gunblade's active and stayed out of range again.
