[URF gameplay] Garen's E is still horribly horribly bugged
I thought you fixed this last year? It's doing basically insta-kill damage even vs tanks who build pure armor + randuins

I'm just thanking my lucky stars that I got 
in the same game that someone had Garen and did that crit build. I stayed just outside of his range and Q spammed him to death.
A smart Garen builds IE + Cleaver into full tank
