Series Ended Due To Inactivity

Last night, I got into my Silver 2 promo series. In the early afternoon today, I played my first game. I declined a few queues before, if that matters. But when I declined one after the game, I got a message saying that my series ended due to inactivity.

Does anyone know the cut-off?
