Patcher error 003

Popping up frequently in client mode, but not during gameplay. Its been happening more frequently tonight than previously seen. Also experiencing intermittently that the play button is not able to be activated. This has been going on for about a week or more. Just initiated a full repair, and it checked for corruption, but didn't do much, just restarted the application.
