[Bug] Rune and Mastery Choosers Fail to Select Properly in Pre-Game Lobby

If you click the drop-down, move your mouse down next to the one you want, and click, it will fail. In order for the rune/mastery page you want to be selected, you must actually click directly on a letter. There is no feedback that you mis-clicked. When you click, the selection window goes away as though you made a selection, but in fact you are still going to be using whatever page was already chosen. Since the field is highlighted before clicking, I consider this a bug. If a field is actually highlighted, and you click on it, then it should be selected.

This has led to me having the wrong mastery/rune pages multiple times. Please fix the UI to make pages selectable if you click them while they are highlighted, not click-them-while-highlighted-and-your-mouse-is-directly-over-the-actual-pixels-for-letters.
