When replying to messages in game they wont send sometimes.

me and my girlfriend will often do /r and reply to each other while in game with each other but after patch 5.11 when we send each other messages it wont send sometimes. It shows we sent them but the other one wont get it. She has sent me a message up to 20 times the same one and me only get it once. it makes talking over the /r system unusable almost
