@RIOT: gamebreaking Wukong and Talon Q bug (same bug Nasus had, but you fixed it)

Hello, Wukong and Talon are both my favorites to play, but it's sad how they have this bug when their Q doesn't go off sometimes in a combo. I believe Wukong's Q doesn't go off if you use E->Q combo. Talon's is the same E->Q Their Q remains active after doing a combo. There's lots of threads about this on Reddit, and Nightblue3 said he doesn't play Wu specifically because of this bug. It costs me a kill at least a couple of times per game.

Please upvote, so that the team sees it, and hopefully fixes it ASAP.
