[Kayn] [uklt] can get killed while in ult, tower shots still damage you when you activate ult

I've been experiencing it often that I die while I'm in ult so I decided to try something with the tower, as you can see the tower shot does still damage me if I ult half a second before it fires out the shot, because this can happen to tower shots it may also happen with abilities/AA's, I don't know, can't test that in training mode, either way this has to be a bug because if I ult slightly later when the tower shot is still underway it does disappear and doesn't deal damage to me.

also duskblade doesn't reset when you're ulting is that intended? since you can't actually see kayn I wouldn't think so but not sure
