[GAMEPLAY or CLIENT] Spectator mode bug!

For both this patch and last, watching a game in spectator mode, specifically on Summoner's Rift (and not on ARAM) until the end will result in... nothing. The VICTORY callout never appears and you have to manually exit the game.

I assume this has to do with the new VICTORY callout, because ARAMs end normally and allow you to exit by hitting Continue.

Just thought I'd mention this bug since I thought it would have been caught in the last patch cycle, but I'm thinking maybe no one ever reported it!
