For the third patch in a row, spectator mode has been broken. the "Victory! (continue)" Callout at the end of the match in summoner's rift doesn't show up.
I understand that these things take time, but I want to make sure riot sees this and knows about it!
Checking in here to confirm that this is an issue we're aware of, and still working on fixing.
It worked for me the first game i spectated after patch but did not work since.

I made a post about this awhile ago. It got an upvote and a couple comments. That was it. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/iOnxRhZw-about-spectator-mode-riot I wonder when they'll be able to fix it. Might take a whole season for the fix....
