[CLIENT] Client Crashing during champion select AGAIN

I'm getting really sick of this. Riot support offers no help and their only solution to any issue I come to them with is "Post it in the report a bug section on the boards".
My Client gets very frequent crashes where I am unable to see any activity in the client or I am unable to pick/ban ANYTHING even though I can see the timers counting down.
In the most recent bug there was this stupid preloader on my screen preventing me from picking my champion. Just to clarify I WAS connected via the client and I had FULL connectivity to my internet. What's going on?!?
