[Gameplay] Rift Herald 2 Bugs

The first bug commonly happens in my games where the rift herald is losing Agro despite meeting the proper conditions to keep agro then resetting causing multiple issues for our team. This has happened about 3 times where we've kept the rift herald in his pit and let him hit one of our members as much as he wants but he would still manage to lose agro from his meter then reset.

1 game was actually lost like this when a fiddle sticks got fed fairly early from rift herald resetting while we were doing it causing us to stick around too long trying to finish it then he came around at a lucky time and killed us off and the buff.

The second bug only happened once so far but while in a game me and my jungler were doing herald when out of no where it gained 1000 HP causing us to nearly give up on the buff.
