In previous versions W did proc item 3087, Sttatik proc may crit, the auto W will never crit, but IT SHOULD APPLY item 3087, NOW, it APPLIES the Stattik, BUT IT DOESN'T RELEASE THE LIGHTNING CHAIN!!!!

The W counts as both an spell and an auto, and it should be able to proc all of these: item 3087 item 3094 item 3285 item 3116 item 3151 item 3022 item 3025 item 3078 item 3153 item 3115 item 3042 item 3091 item 1419 (because it has always proc'ed all of these)

When I play TF I always build these 3 (no boots): item 3087 item 3285 item 3094 and this bug is makin me crazeeee
