No money or characters in SR

I was forced to restart the match before the loading screen, and once I loaded in, all character were all invisible to me, but I could still move my character around. I also had no money, and my stats from runes and masteries were not added to my total stats. I removed my wifi adapter and reset my internet, and it did not change. I had to dc from the game again before it fixed itself

Any idea what happened? I have to restart at least one game each time I play due to disconnection.
