Swains Bird joke not triggering

Well last game I had swain in aram and I was unable to use his special jokes(the ones he uses when in bird form),he instead only said his regular joke.

Never had this problem before,dunno what caused it(I used tyrant swain,but his lines are unchanged,so i dunno if that had any effect on it)
