[GAMEPLAY] Smart Cast with Kled Ult FREQUENTLY fails.
I'll hold R, select an area to cast it. Release..... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND nothing. Pretty sure it's 100% if you have to move your screen while holding down the button.

i have been having the same issues with Morg.. i have noticed it MOST with her self smart casting of her shield.. i have to hit my button like 4-5 times. and by then im already CC'd... sometimes her q wont cast or her soil.. at 1st i thought maybe i was lagging out.. but my ping is great nothing over 28-30.. however casting her shield on tream mates seems to work as usual.. this has only been somehting since the last patch or 2..
