Game crashes and doesn't load post game screen

Every game I've played for the past few days has had this happen. After the Victory or Defeat banner plays and I click continue, the game exits as usual but then the client doesn't load with my post game screen. When I log in to see if I can find it I just get taken to the home screen. This means I can't honor, report, or look at my mastery score for a match without noting my score before and then after the game. I know in the hidden icon bar there is usually a Riot symbol showing that the client is still running, and I check and it is there before I click continue on the Victory/Defeat banner, but after I click it the symbol goes away. Anyone else have this issue?
