Stuck in a game that doesnt excist

That pretty much sums it up... i played a ranked game, got absolutly DESTROYED because our jungler didnt know how to gank, and didnt say one word to anyone, then the game got stuck at the "waiting for stats" screen, i waited a few minuites so i could report our jungler for her uselesssness, but after about 5-6 minutes of waiting i jsut said screw it, skipped, and tried ot join a new game, only to be told that i was already assigned ot a game, i waited a few more minutes and tried gaian and got the same error, finally i relogged and got the "rejoin game in progress" screen, which when i clicked on it took me to a black screen, then gave the error "unable to connect" and sent me back to the game in progress screen... when i try to close it i recive a warning ill be banned fomr play if i leave the game... what do i do?
