Kha'zix Bug

Kha's new evolved Q sometimes will fail to recognize a target as isolated and will not give the reduced cooldown when used on said target

Blue buff is always isolated, yet sometimes does not proc If you Q it the instant it comes into vision, Q will not go on reduced cooldown If you drop a frame in the middle of your Q, it will not go on reduced cooldown

Both of these things happened to me in the same game, rather irritating, and possibly deadly if it occurs in a real fight.
