is Fiora's lunge a basic attack?

now,I don't know if this is A:a bug B:the animation for the attack is just different or C:is simply marked as a basic attack even though its an ability intentionally I was just messing with Pantheon and saw his passive blocked the stab of lunge which seemed weird (and kinda makes pantheon invincible to a fiora when laning. as if you bait for riposte then she just lunges,you block,W into the basic combo and when your done she still cant hit you

It only applies on-hit effects. So, it can't critical strike. Like Ezreal's q.

I think, correct me if I'm wrong.

No, it counts as a basic attack, just like how Gangplank's Q counts as a basic attack. It's essentially the same ability, just with different circumstances to them.
