Glitch/Bug in the new map?

At first I got stuck, and I kept trying to run out, and Taric would run out, only to drag back and get stuck on the corner. I thought it was just me lagging, but than when I died, I watched Olaf do the same thing. He would run out of the bush and shoot back to run in place. The corner bush behind Blue Buff and next to the top river spawn.
