Small Visual Manacost error on Ryze

When hovering your Mouse over his Q, the manacosts are shown on the Skill tooltip as per usual, however, on his skilltab itself it won't show.

Tried resetting the settings, turned visible manacosts off then on again, reset my client, repaired it aswell, nothing changed, leading to the conclusion this is a bug.

it is by far not as big as some stuff but for people who rely heavily on watching their manacosts over the skilltab this is horrendously annoying. (I should know im one of those people lmao)
